​Brooke Ivanov has been a dedicated member of the Warrawong Veterinary Hospital team for 15 years. Her exemplary skills as a veterinary nurse are complemented by her expertise in customer liaison, making her an integral part of the front desk and customer relations team.

Brooke's passion for customer relations shines through in her interactions, making every client's experience a positive one. Her commitment to her colleagues and her willingness to always lend a helping hand create a supportive and welcoming work environment.

Now that her two children are grown, Brooke enjoys little adventures on her scooter with her husband. She is currently progressing towards a more active role in practice management, focusing on improving customer liaison processes and getting involved with staff training and induction.

Brooke's dedication, friendly demeanor, and continuous pursuit of excellence make her a valued member of the Warrawong Vets family.
